To apply for a Mokena Skills Learning Center, the following documents must be submitted. Ensure all documents are valid, clear, and properly scanned before uploading or submitting.

1. Identity Proof

  • Aadhaar Card (Mandatory)

  • PAN Card

  • Voter ID/Passport/Driving License (any one)

2. Address Proof

  • Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill (latest, not older than 3 months)

  • Rent Agreement (if the premises are rented)

  • Property Tax Receipt (if owned)

3. Business Registration Documents

  • Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable)

  • GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Udyam Registration (optional, for MSMEs)

  • Partnership Deed or MOA/AOA (if applicable for partnerships or companies)

4. Bank Account Details

  • Cancelled Cheque or First Page of Bank Passbook

  • Bank Account Statement (last 3 months)

5. Premises Documentation

  • Ownership Proof (if owned)

  • Lease/Rent Agreement (if rented)

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner (if applicable)

6. Photographs

  • Passport-sized photographs of the applicant(s)

  • Interior and exterior photographs of the proposed premises

7. Educational Qualification Documents

  • Certificates or Degrees of the applicant (preferably in the field of education, training, or business management)

8. Other Documents

  • Business Plan Proposal (optional but recommended)

  • Authorization Letter (if the applicant is not the owner of the premises but is authorized to operate)

  • Previous Experience Certificate (if applicable in training/education)
