Important Instructions for Applicant Organization (AO)
Applicant Organizations (AO) interested in joining as a Mokena Skills Learning Center should carefully read the following instructions before proceeding with the application process:
1. Application Process
Applicant Organization (AO) can apply for Mokena Skills Learning Center Registration at their desired location.
AO must decide the location based on the business potential of that area and the presence of existing Mokena Skills Centers in that area.
Mokena Skills will verify and recommend the proposed AO location based on:
Presence of existing Mokena Skills Centers in the area.
Business catchment area of existing centers.
Business potential of the proposed area.
2.Recommendations and Approval
If Mokena Skills recommends the proposed AO location, it does not guarantee the approval of the AO as an Authorized Learning Center (ALC).
Mokena Skills reserves the right to finalize open (business potential) areas and to edit/delete these areas based on market potential, without assigning any reason.
Requests from AOs to add additional business potential areas will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Prohibited Actions
AOs must not attempt to contact Mokena Skills directly via unauthorized means (e.g., in person, email, letter, telephone). Such actions will result in the rejection of their application without explanation.
AOs should only communicate through the designated network partner, as informed by Mokena Skills.
4. Registration Process Timeline
The registration process must be completed within the specified schedule. Applications not completed within the schedule will not be considered for further processing.
AO must pay the registration fee and any other requisite fees as communicated by Mokena Skills.
5. Center Setup Guidelines
Mokena Skills will notify eligible AOs to begin the center setup process. Any setup initiated prior to this communication will not be the responsibility of Mokena Skills in case of financial or other losses.
At the time of the center visit, the setup must meet Mokena Skills’ specified norms. Failure to comply will result in application rejection, and Mokena Skills will not be liable for any financial losses.
If the location provided during the application process differs from the actual setup location during the visit, the application will be rejected.
6. Authorization and Refund Policy
Authorization as a Mokena Skills Learning Center will be granted only upon completion of all procedural formalities, submission of required documents, and generation of the ALC Code.
Once the ALC Code is generated, no fees (e.g., processing fee, registration fee) will be refunded.
If an AO withdraws or is rejected before the ALC Code is generated, the applicable refund amount will be processed within 3-4 months from the date of withdrawal or rejection.
7. Authorization Period
Authorization for ALCs is valid until December 2025, starting from the date of ALC Code generation, subject to the renewal process for 2025.
Example: If the ALC Code is generated on 1st January 2025, the authorization period will run from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025, provided the center completes the renewal process for that year.
8. Discretionary Rights
Mokena Skills reserves the right to grant or reject authorization to any AO without providing any reason.
By following the above instructions, AOs can ensure a smooth and compliant application process to become a part of the Mokena Skills family.
